Saipan trip July 2007. It was really nice there however Saipan still has it's problems. The economy isn't doing so well and jobs are at an all time low. They depend on Japan tourists which have cut back many flights due to the poor economy in Japan. I saw many nice recently built abandoned malls and shops that closed due to no business. There is great diving that include ship wrecks and old WW2 planes. I never thought I'd ever go to Saipan before this trip but I was glad I did. Definitely go see it.
